Special Lunch & Learn Workshop


Civilian Response to 

Active Shooter Events




Special Agent, Jay Darin, of the FBI, will present this program.


This Lunch & Learn workshop is limited to 40 people and includes a light lunch starting at 11:30 am. It is only open to IBAW members. Guests welcome when accompanied by an IBAW member.


The workshop covers “pre attack” indicators of active shooters, historical events, psychology of survival and the Avoid, Deny, Defend strategy.  


After the workshop, get a tour of Wisconsin Firearms Training Center. If you wish to utilize the range and shoot, bring your firearm. There is an extra charge for range time ($20 for an hour) which is NOT included in your registration. 


NOTE: If you wish to participate in shooting on the range after the workshop, please be aware that firearms are NOT permitted in the classroom at any time or in any manner. Your firearm should be secured and locked in your vehicle until after the workshop concludes.
