Jerry Jendusa is CEO of EMTEQ, Inc. located in New Berlin. EMTEQ was incorporated in June 1996 and in its first full year of operations recorded more and $1 million in revenue. EMTEQ has grown into a $75+ million dollar company with additional locations in Miramar, FL; Bachenbulach, Switzerland; Winnipeg, Canada, Taubate, Brazil and Great Falls, MT. EMTEQ services the aviation industry, including the air transport, military corporate and helicopter markets and is recognized as a worldwide leader in LED exterior and interior lighting, cabin comfort interior products, cockpit and avionic provisions, as well as engineering, consulting and FAA services.
EMTEQ received three straight Future 50 awards and was named a Master Mettle winner by the MMAC’s Council of Small Business Executives. In 2000 EMTEQ was named Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year in emerging class and in 2004 was recognized as the Waukesha Mid-Size Business of the Year. EMTEQ has also received the Governor’s Export Achievement Award, Muskego Industrial Manufacturer of the Year Award and The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee’s Mid-Market Growth Award. In 2008 Jendusa received the Aircraft Electronics Association Associate Member of the year Award and was named the Rockwell Collins’ Subcontracts Commodity Supplier of the Year. EMTEQ sponsors fundraising events for the Child Abuse Prevention Fund and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Jendusa earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance from UW-Milwaukee.
