IBAW is pleased to announce that Kurt Bauer, CEO of WMC - Wisconsin's Chamber will be our speaker at our monthly meeting on August 21, 2026.

Our policymakers have three choices when it comes to Wisconsin’s environment for doing business. They can help, hurt, or stay out of the way. The Wisconsin Competitiveness Report, released by WMC Foundation as part of its Future Wisconsin Project, provides a data-driven assessment of the state’s economic standing and outlines actionable solutions to strengthen Wisconsin’s future. We will hear from the CEO of the state’s chamber of commerce, Kurt Bauer, about how Wisconsin stacks up on the metrics that matter most for economic growth, workforce development, and long-term prosperity.
