Success On The Menu: Wisconsin's Restaurant Industry

Friday, January 17th, 2024 | Time: 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Location: The Wisconsin Club, 900 W. Wisconsin Ave. Milwaukee

Success On The Menu

Since Covid, Wisconsin’s restaurant industry has faced many challenges; higher prices, finding employees, customers seeking other alternatives to dining out and a host of other issues. But it’s not all bad news. The industry is finding ways of adapting and making changes to bring customers back better than before.

This month we’ll look into this much understood industry with restaurant veterans Chris Leffler, owner of Leff’s Lucky Town, and The Hot House, along with Peter Pitcciurro, owner of Milwaukee’s famous Miss Katie’s Diner. We’ll discuss the issues facing the industry and the creative ways they are doing to make this hospitality sector stronger than ever.
