IBAW's mission is to provide insightful programming to its members. We do this by selecting knowledgeable speakers with business experience.

    It’s an early Saturday afternoon and you get a call from the Fire Department - your business is fully engulfed in flames. You race to the scene to find the area filled with smoke, flames and chaos. What do you do? How do you rebuild? Where do you even start?

    This month IBAW Director, Steve Kohlmann, will go one-on-one with Chad Schultz, CEO, of Innovative Signs whose business had a catastrophic fire early this year. Despite that, Innovative Signs is rebounding, in a new building, and back up and running. It’s a story of business tragedy, picking up the pieces, hard work, perseverance and lessons learned.

    NOTE: Due to the shortage and cost of ammunition, prices for 2021 have risen slightly. We tried to hold the line but due to these circumstances there had to be a minimum price increase.


    Join the IBAW for an afternoon of fun and fellowship at our 5th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot at the Waukesha Gun Club.

    Come by yourself and we'll hook you up with a team OR bring your business associates or employees to create your own team. Gather up a team of 4 or 5 and there's special sponsorship opportunities available. Contact Steve Kohlmann for details or any questions.

    Our event is held rain or shine - dress appropriately. Really bad weather? We'll still shoot with enclosed 5 Stand Stations. Bad weather is NOT an issue!

    New to shooting? Never shot before? We can add you to a newbie team - there's no need to miss the fun!

    A limited number of shot gun rentals are available directly from Waukesha Gun Club.
